- The name of the Institution will be "KAKATIYA CONVENTION SOCIETY", Guntur.

- Place of Office: Flat no:7, Sindhuri Apartments, opposite to Suryadevara Kalyana Mandapam, Nalanda Nagar, Guntur 522006.

- Short title and commencement: These Rules may be called Rules and Regulations of the International Telugu Convention Centre, Guntur.
- The rules shall come into force at once from date of Registration
Definitions
In these rules unless the context otherwise required.
- ‘Convention Centre ‘means the International Telugu Convention Centre, Guntur.
- ‘Year’ means the Financial year i.e. 1st April, to 31st March, of succeeding year.
- Prescribed’ means prescribed by these Rules and Regulations or the bye-laws framed or resolutions adopted by the General Body or by the Managing Committee in accordance with these rules
- ‘General Body Meeting’ means the meeting of the members of the Convention Centre in accordance with Rule 7.
- Governing Body Meeting means the meeting of the members elected for Governing Body in accordance with Rule 9.
- ‘Sub-Committee’ means the sub-committee appointed by the General Body or Governing Body.

Office Address & Official Language.
- The Head Office of the Convention Centre will be at Flat no:7, Sindhuri Apartments, opposite to Suryadevara Kalyana Mandapam, Nalanda Nagar, Guntur 522006.
- The Official language/s of the Convention Centre shall be Telugu and/or English.
Functions:
- The Convention Centre shall have powers to raise funds and acquire properties and to take all necessary steps for the purpose of fulfilling the objects and aims of the Convention Centre.
Members:
- Admission of Members:The Governing Body shall admit any Kamma People who is an Indian citizen or Non Resident Indian who completes the age of 18 years and on payment of Non refundable membership fees as member of convention Centre.
